When you join our email list or contact us, we may collect your name, email address and the information you choose to send. Registration information is collected through MahjMate, and payment information is processed by Stripe. MahjongNTX.com does not collect or store your payment-card details.
How we use information
We use the information you provide to:
- send Mahjong NTX league and event updates;
- respond to questions and requests;
- administer registrations, schedules and league participation; and
- maintain and improve the Mahjong NTX experience.
Services that help us operate
We use service providers including Formspree for website form delivery, MahjMate for league registration and administration, and Stripe for payment processing. Information you submit through those services is also subject to their privacy practices.
Sharing
Mahjong NTX does not sell or rent your email address. We may share information with service providers when needed to operate the league, process registration or payment, deliver communications, or comply with law.
Your choices
You may ask to stop receiving marketing updates at any time by using the unsubscribe option in an email or contacting us. You may also request access to, correction of or deletion of information you submitted directly to Mahjong NTX, subject to records we may need to retain for legitimate business or legal purposes.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect the information in our care. No online service or method of transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Children’s privacy
Mahjong NTX is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services change. The effective date above will show when the policy was last revised.
