Registration
Registration for the Mahjong NTX Fall Scramble 2026 is completed through MahjMate, with payment processed by Stripe. The price and any valid promotional discount are shown before payment is submitted.
Refund policy
To request a refund, email info@briarhousesocial.com from the email address used to register.
Player commitment and cancellations
A scheduled round is a commitment to the other three players. If you must cancel, notify the table immediately and make a reasonable effort to help find a registered replacement.
A cancellation made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time costs 10 points if your seat is not filled. A round counts only when four registered players complete all four games.
League participation
- All four players in a qualifying round must be registered for the current Scramble.
- Each qualifying round consists of four games played by the same four registered players.
- Players should review the round score together before it is submitted.
- Players are expected to communicate respectfully and follow the current NMJL rules and Mahjong NTX season rules.
Scheduling and locations
Players arrange their own dates, times and mutually agreed locations. A player who proposes a round is responsible for confirming the location and providing the game equipment unless the table agrees otherwise.
Standings and prizes
Scores, standings, eligibility and awards are determined under the published rules for the current season. The Fall Scramble awards are Scramble Champion, Second Place, Third Place, Social Butterfly and Steady Hand.
Third-party services
MahjMate and Stripe provide registration and payment services. Their applicable terms and policies also govern your use of those services.
Updates
Mahjong NTX may update these terms when league operations or services change. Material changes affecting an active registration will be communicated when appropriate.
